Service use

We use information to respond to leads, build websites, run client workspaces, process setup, and operate AI receptionist workflows.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. Khyran Studio does not store full card numbers.

AI receptionist

Calls, messages, transcripts, summaries, and booking details may be processed to provide receptionist and follow-up services.

No selling

We do not sell personal information. We share data with providers only as needed to run and protect the services.

This policy applies to visitors, leads, customers, client team members, and people who communicate with a Khyran Studio customer through an AI receptionist or related booking workflow.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details such as name, email address, phone number, business name, role, and preferred contact method.
  • Business setup information such as industry, services, hours, team size, website goals, booking rules, call handling preferences, and onboarding answers.
  • Workspace information such as account profile details, roles, team invitations, appointments, customer notes, messages, tasks, files, and activity history.
  • AI receptionist and lead information such as call metadata, caller details, transcripts, summaries, requested services, booking intent, missed-call recovery status, SMS/email follow-up drafts, and escalation notes.
  • Payment and checkout information such as selected plan, billing cadence, checkout status, and Stripe session identifiers. Stripe processes card and bank details directly.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, cookies or similar identifiers, and security logs.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, schedule consultations, and provide requested services.
  • Build, launch, host, maintain, and improve websites, funnels, workspaces, dashboards, booking flows, and AI receptionist systems.
  • Create and manage customer accounts, owner setup, role access, team invitations, billing handoffs, support, and security controls.
  • Operate AI features, including call summaries, booking handoffs, reply drafts, missed-call recovery, lead qualification, and manager escalation workflows.

4. AI receptionist and voice workflows

If a business uses Khyran Studio AI receptionist or missed-call recovery tools, caller information may be processed by Khyran Studio and connected service providers to answer calls, qualify requests, summarize conversations, prepare follow-ups, and route booking or escalation actions.

Businesses should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the service. High-risk actions such as refunds, legal issues, emergencies, or policy exceptions should be reviewed by a human manager before action is taken.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run the studio and deliver services, including hosting, Cloudflare infrastructure, payment processing, Stripe checkout, email delivery, SMS or phone providers, AI voice providers, analytics, security, storage, support, and professional advisors.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

6. Cookies, analytics, and ads

No website, app, payment flow, AI system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be fully secure, so customers should use strong passwords, limit access, and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by contacting us.
  • You may ask us to opt you out of any sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects if those activities apply.
  • You may appeal a denied privacy request by replying to our decision email with the word appeal and the reason you believe the request should be reconsidered.
