The rules for using Khyran Studio services, apps, payments, and AI receptionist workflows.
Last updated May 26, 2026. These terms apply to khyranstudio.com, website-builder pages, app and onboarding pages, payment pages, AI receptionist systems, lead forms, and studio services provided by Khyran Studio.
Fees, deposits, subscriptions, usage charges, and due dates are controlled by the checkout, invoice, proposal, or written agreement accepted for the service.
AI and automation can make mistakes. High-risk decisions, emergencies, refunds, legal, medical, or financial matters require human review.
Ad spend, platform terms, account permissions, domain changes, and payment actions require the customer or account owner to approve them.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Khyran Studio. By visiting the site, submitting a form, purchasing a plan, paying an invoice, using an app page, or receiving studio services, you agree to these terms and any additional written scope, proposal, checkout terms, invoice terms, or service-specific terms presented to you.
If you use Khyran Studio for a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.
2. Services
Khyran Studio may provide website design, website development, landing pages, public funnels, app pages, onboarding pages, payment setup, automation, AI receptionist configuration, missed-call recovery workflows, lead qualification, dashboard or workspace setup, consulting, creative production, and related support.
The exact deliverables, timing, pricing, revisions, support level, and included usage depend on the plan, checkout page, proposal, invoice, or written agreement accepted for the service.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, brand assets, domain access, account access, phone-line details, booking links, policies, and approvals needed to complete the work.
- Review drafts, forms, automations, AI scripts, call flows, payment pages, and website content before public use.
- Keep account credentials secure and only grant access to people authorized to act for the business.
- Comply with laws, platform rules, carrier rules, payment processor rules, advertising rules, consent rules, and industry requirements that apply to your business.
4. Payments, deposits, and subscriptions
Pricing may include setup fees, deposits, subscriptions, retainers, usage-based fees, overages, third-party costs, or custom project fees. Payment terms are shown in the checkout, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.
If an offer is described as a deposit, half upfront, or a partial payment, the remaining balance is due according to the accepted scope, invoice, or agreement. Subscriptions renew until canceled according to the applicable billing terms. Past-due accounts may lose access to active workflows, support, hosting, or automation.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Payments for setup work, subscriptions, completed services, active-cycle charges, usage, overages, and third-party costs are generally final unless a written agreement says otherwise. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund current-cycle charges, setup work, or third-party costs already incurred.
6. AI receptionist and automation
AI receptionist workflows may answer calls, qualify leads, summarize calls, draft follow-ups, route requests, and support missed-call recovery. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate for some situations.
You are responsible for reviewing important outputs, maintaining accurate scripts and business rules, and deciding when human review is required. AI workflows must not be used as emergency dispatch, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any system where an incorrect response could create immediate harm.
7. Calls, recordings, and consent
AI receptionist and phone workflows may use third-party voice, SMS, phone, transcription, and analytics providers. Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, stored, or processed so the service can work. You are responsible for any notices, consent, opt-out handling, retention rules, and industry requirements that apply to your callers, staff, and business location.
8. Advertising, Meta, and third-party platforms
If Khyran Studio assists with Meta ads, social pages, lead forms, pixels, creative, campaign drafts, or reporting, platform approval, account access, budgets, review decisions, and spend remain controlled by the account owner and the platform. Khyran Studio does not guarantee ad approval, results, lead volume, cost per lead, or platform availability.
Khyran Studio will not intentionally publish or activate paid ad spend without account-owner approval, but you remain responsible for reviewing settings, budgets, audiences, creative, destination pages, and platform terms before launch.
9. Third-party services
Services may depend on Cloudflare, Stripe, Vapi, Meta, Gmail, phone carriers, VoIP providers, analytics providers, domain registrars, AI providers, and other vendors. These providers may change pricing, access, policies, APIs, review rules, or availability. Khyran Studio is not responsible for outages, restrictions, account reviews, pricing changes, or policy changes controlled by third parties.
10. Content and intellectual property
You are responsible for content, trademarks, logos, images, claims, customer lists, product details, and materials you provide. You grant Khyran Studio permission to use those materials to deliver the services.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, after full payment you may use the final delivered website, page, copy, and configured workflows for your business. Khyran Studio may retain ownership of reusable methods, templates, code patterns, internal tools, process knowledge, and non-customer-specific components.
11. Acceptable use
- Do not use the services for fraud, spam, harassment, illegal activity, deceptive claims, platform abuse, credential theft, malware, or unauthorized data collection.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you have authority to process it.
- Do not interfere with security, rate limits, hosting, payment systems, phone systems, or platform rules.
- Do not use Khyran Studio services to impersonate others or misrepresent your business.
12. No guaranteed results
Khyran Studio works to provide strong service, but does not guarantee revenue, rankings, ad performance, conversion rates, call volume, lead volume, platform approval, uptime, or specific business outcomes. Any examples, estimates, or projections are not guarantees.
13. Privacy
Use of Khyran Studio services is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and protected across websites, app pages, payments, onboarding, lead forms, and AI receptionist workflows.
14. Accessibility
Khyran Studio aims to make its public websites and app surfaces accessible and usable. If you have trouble using a page, form, checkout flow, or document, contact khyranstudio@gmail.com with the page URL and the issue so we can review and improve it.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Khyran Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Khyran Studio's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to Khyran Studio for the service giving rise to that claim during the three months before the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.
16. Changes
Khyran Studio may update these terms as services, providers, platform rules, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top shows when the terms were last revised. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the updated terms.
